EIT, the Extreme Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope, participated in Whole Sun Month through its synoptic observing program.

Each of EIT's 4 bandpasses are included in the synoptic program:

He II 304 Angstroms 1996-Aug-13 06:35:43 UT

Fe IX/X 171 Angstroms 1996-Aug-13 06:30:14 UT

Fe XII 195 Angstroms 1996-Aug-13 06:33:54 UT

Fe XIV 284 Angstroms 1996-Aug-13 06:31:58 UT

The synoptic program ran throughout Whole Sun Month is as follows (shown here for a single day, August 14 1996):

 1996-Aug-14 19:17:54 5 s 304 Half Res

While the actual times may vary, each day generally included a full-resolution image in each EIT wavelength, with three additional half-resolution images (16 total). EIT was undergoing calibrations August 10-12 and September 7-8, and has no images for those days. The Whole Sun Month data set contains a total of 428 EIT images.

The EIT on-line search catalog is available to provide information from the EIT image catalog. The web form conducts a search of EIT data to the user's specification.
