| Welcome to the SPW 4 Registration Page. Registration is $275.00 USD which includes the conference proceedings, banquet, and activities. There is also an "Accompanying Person(s) Fee" of $50.00 for each additional guest which covers the banquet and activity fees.
NOTE: This registration process accepts Visa and Mastercard only.
NOTE: If someone elses credit card is being used to pay for your registration please make sure the Participants name is in the "Shipping" information section of the credit card payment form. The credit card holder's name must be in the "Billing" section of the form. If you have questions, please contact Gina Starr at gstarr@ucar.edu
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
We are trying to make a head count for people who would like to
participate to some of the recreational activities we will be offering
during the workshop. Please let us know by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 if you
wish to participate in any, all, or none of the activities listed below, by
sending an e-mail to SPW4 Recreational Activities. Please indicate in the e-mail how many people will be paricipating (eg yourself + spouse=2)
and, in which activities you plan to participate. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO ATTEND ANY ACTIVITIES PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL INDICATING 0 PARTICPANTS.
