HAO Computer Systems Management Team - Visitor Computing Request Form

In order to make your time at HAO as productive as possible, we require some information from you about your computing needs before you arrive. Please answer the following questions as completely as possible. A copy of the completed questionnaire will be sent to the Computer Support Management Team (CSMT), your scientific HAO contact (sponsor) and you. In order to fully consider your requests and prepare for your arrival, we prefer at least two weeks advance notice.

If you are planning on bringing a LAPTOP computer that you wish to connect to the HAO network, Please click here for the requirements that need to be checked or added by your computing department BEFORE your arrival at HAO.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is required ONLY if you require an account on HAO computer systems. If all you will require is access to the Internet while you are here, then please click here or email trouble@hao.ucar.edu to notify our CSMT. Please provide them your name, the person who will be hosting you at HAO, and the begining and ending dates of your visit.
