======================================================== ==== 8th June 2010. FIRS 6302 and 10830 rasters (coadd=2), plus 20 wavelength Ca II 854.2 IQUV/IBIS. FIRS slits and IBIS long axis oriented perpendicular to the horizon (NB TRACE is observing S 24 W 49, 01:17-19:40 UT) seeing good/fair. Raster 1. 8:44 LT 14:54 UT, FIRS a minute or so later N19 W 85. Spot is too close to limb to get AO lock and no features near limb are available for AO lock. So use limb tracker only (at mercy of seeing parallel to the limb). Raster 2. 9:31 local time. 15:31 UT. S20 W44. Excellent seeing. FIRS coadd=2. end 15:56 UT. Leading pore Raster 3. 10:04 local time. 16:04 UT. S21 W41. Excellent seeing. FIRS coadd=2. AO lock on trailing pore (not the most eastern one, but the central one). cals (flats, darks, targets) started 16:50 or so. *CIRRUS* so science obs not polcal at 11:25 LT 17:25 UT, repeat of rasters 2 and 3. seeing fair/good: Raster 4: S 20.5 W 46
