Visitors:

Interactions between HAO and the outside community (visitors) are important for maintaining and enhancing the vibrancy of HAO's science, and an essential element of our responsibilities as part of a national center. Visitors contribute in various ways to HAO's and NCAR's mission. They contribute to the research endeavor at HAO, and to the development of community models and other facilities; they interact with HAO staff to the benefit of the visitor's own research; and they contribute to our educational activities.

Visitor Committee:

This internal committee provides oversight to the HAO Visitor Program that strives to enhance scientific and educational contacts between HAO and the national and international solar and solar-terrestrial communities. The program provides financial support for undergraduate and graduate students, post-graduate researchers, and senior visitors.
