The meeting is organized to honor Dimitri Mihalas for his lifetime contributions to the fields of astrophysical quantitative spectroscopy and radiation hydrodynamics on the occasion of his 70th birthday. The meeting will cover recent developments and future prospects in general radiative transfer theory, modeling stellar atmospheres, theory and modeling of stellar winds, and basic theory and applications of the astrophysical radiation hydrodynamics. |
