Crypto Cards

A cryptocard is a device that allows one to generate a one-time password. A one-time password is necessary to access the SCD supercomputers through a gateway known as roy.ucar.edu. One-time passwords are also required to remotely access HAO computers via the gateway gate.ucar.edu if you do not have VPN capability. Instructions on using your cryptocard can be found at CISL cryptocard instructions.

To obtain a cryptocard, send an email to assist@hao.ucar.edu with the following information:
Name, Username, Phone number, Email address, Federal Express delivery address (if the card needs to be mailed to you), Fax number, HAO sponsor's name and whether you need it for accessing SCD supercomputers or HAO computers (or both).
